Tasting notes
A subdued yet interesting colour due to the green hues in the straw-yellow centre. Fruit plays the main role with notes of green apricot that open to peach and white currants, followed by marjoram and lesser calamint notes. Solid on the palate initially, then succulent and vibrant, ending with an appetizing salty note. The lovely zesty tone of grapefruit and citron in the finish. @Bacci Wines

Description
