Highly intense ruby colour with an enviable shine. Impressively complex nose with a bouquet that ranges from liquorice and quina to balsamic notes and spicy hints of prune and cherry. Definitely pleasant. Silky on the palate, dense without being too concentrated, and with wonderfully balanced alcohol and acidity. A crescendo of flavours in the lovely, long finish. @Bacci Wines

Good deal for a good meal Corbaia Castello di Bossi can be called # 1 among the Super Tuscan wines, typically produced from the varieties of grapes. This marvellous blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon is so intense and full-bodied and has remarkable longevity that we would not recommend it for drinking itself. Undoubtedly, it should be paired with King Arthur's feast, with such dishes served as heavy pasta with ragout, boar meat, or stewed lamb legs.
Castello di Bossi Corbaia is one of the most popular Toscana IGT wines. Since 1985. Named for the vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in Bossi some 42 years ago, this Super Tuscan is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Corbaia is stainless steel-fermented and matured in French oak barriques with a further year of repose in the bottle, which results in a wine of superb finesse and elegance. A wine of remarkable longevity.
